According to the victim, the suspect had been drinking. The woman fled to a nearby gas station, from where she called the police. The incident happened in the 4300 block apartment complex of Joshua Lane. The male suspect has been identified as Rushawn King.
The police were dispatched to the scene. While driving to the scene, it was learned that the suspect had an outstanding warrant.
