The contest, which required bands to submit an original work, as well as a cover of Alice Cooper’s song, “Under My Wheels,” was open to fan voting online from April 16-28. Over 12,000 fans voted and entered the contest, ultimately crowning the South of Eden group of Columbus, Ohio, as the winner.
