See five reggae rock surf groups at Alpine on September 18 – Buckrail


ALPINE, Wyo. – If you haven’t been dancing outside to surf to reggae music while surrounded by mountain views, you are missing out on one of the best experiences the area has to offer.

Get your concert tickets now for Reggae in the Rockies – an intimate, open-air reggae music festival featuring some of the best talent in beach reggae-rock in the country, just south of Jackson.

Tickets are available at two price levels, with children under 12 free. General admission is on sale for $ 90 each or $ 150 which includes access to the VIP deck in partial shade, easy access to the bar / restroom, a show poster and two free drinks. Tickets are limited and it’s a must-see, amazing and eclectic lineup.

Headlining the festival will be The Movement from South Carolina. They will bring their alternative-reggae rhythm with a heavy drum and bass base and inspiration from Sublime, 311, Slightly Stoopid and John Brown’s Body.

G Love mixes programmed rhythms and hip-hop grooves with a dazzling guitar and sacred steel. His hip hop and blues street performances include contagious call-and-response hooks and funky backing vocals.

Dan Kelly and Zeb join their talent and friendship on stage for the ultimate jam session.

Artikal Sound System brings their unique sound of friendship, hard work and imagination along with their message of love and the importance of having a good time.

Finally, Organically Good Trio mixes reggae, soul and boogaloo with the unique new sound of their organ trio.
